To fill something with water, follow these steps:

Position the container under a water source, such as a faucet, hose, or natural body of water.

Open the valve or tap to allow water to flow into the container.

Monitor the level to avoid overflow.

Close the valve or remove the container once it's filled to the desired level.

If using a bucket or similar vessel, you can also dip it into a larger body of water and lift it out once full.
